Fitness Center Equipment

Looking for machines to work off some extra pounds throughout the year? We have them. State of the art treadmills for your walking or running pleasure, upright and recumbent bikes, EFX elliptical trainers (which are easy on the knees), stepper and rowing machines are all vital components for you to lose weight and get fit!

Are you looking to do some weight lifting instead, or in addition? Try out our Smith Machine, Hip Sled/Leg Press or multi-station gym for a variety of squats and presses, and a host of upper and lower-body conditioning exercises. You can also choose from our selection of free weights, dumbbells, exercise and medicine balls.
